Phil Brown

Phil Brown was born in the South London suburbs in 1987 where he now works as an English teacher and an A-Level coordinator. He attended the University of Warwick in 2005.

In 2010 he was shortlisted for the Crashaw Prize and won an Eric Gregory Award. He has written reviews for Stride, Hand+Star, Horizon and Eyewear. His debut collection of poetry, Il Avilit, will be released in November 2011 by Nine Arches Press.
